BPCL, one of India’s leading oil and gas companies, has taken a significant step towards promoting electric mobility by installing 19 fast-charging corridors for electric vehicles (EVs) along highways in Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. Details of the Project:

BPCL has installed a total of 19 EV fast-charging corridors, each of which consists of two 15 kW DC fast chargers. These corridors are located at strategic points along highways and are designed to provide seamless connectivity for EV drivers traveling across South India. The new charging stations are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are capable of charging EVs from zero to 80% in just 45 minutes, providing a range of up to 150 kilometers.
